Hi, I’m Devon.
I am the owner of Holcare CFT. I have found my own healing through wellness measures like Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, chiropractic, weight training, yoga, pilates and other shifts to a more holistic lifestyle.
I’m a mother, Craniosacral Fascial Therapist (CFT), Licensed Massage Therapist, Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST). I also have a background in personal training where I worked with one on one clients, taught group fitness, and created small group training for women in a gym setting . I live in Venice, Florida with my husband and my two sons and baby girl who is on the way!
Struggles with my first son after he was born sent me down a very long and winding path towards finding solutions for him. We pursued many therapy modalities including: chiropractic, Myofascial Therapy(MFR), occupational therapy (OT), physical therapy (PT), and saw several lactation consultants/IBCLCs, , Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), and more. CFT was one of the modalities that helped the most.
I have since learned the fascial system is commonly overlooked in conventional medicine and is a crucial missing piece to restoring peace and health in the body.
I believe the infant body may experience a great amount of tension in utero and during the birth process. CFT soon after birth has the potential to mitigate many issues that are common (yet not normal) in infancy and childhood. It promotes ideal conditions for cognitive brain function, structural cranial development and structural health. An unhappy, fussy baby may simply be suffering from tight connective tissue (fascia) which can be released with CFT. Instead, parents are led to believe that many uncomfortable struggles are normal and will be outgrown.
Babies presenting with Lip or Tongue Ties benefit immensely from CFT sessions before and after releases. CFT releases the deep, restrictive fascial strain patterns that develop in fetal life associated with these oral ties.
Although my passion is working on infants and children, I also believe anyone can benefit from CFT no matter your age because we all have tension and compensation patterns in our bodies that we’ve accumulated from injuries, surgeries, traumas, sports, accidents, pregnancy, and more. Mothers benefit immensely from CFT due to the stress, strain, and structural changes created in pregnancy and from carrying/feeding babies and young children. The effects of CFT treatments may help create more peaceful, happy babies, mothers, and children which lead to a more enjoyable family environment altogether.
If you are interested in learning more about Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, I would love to hear from you and support your family’s health goals. I value this work immensely and can not wait to share it with you and your family.

Hi, I’m Lauren.
Hi, I’m Lauren!
I was born and raised in Sarasota, and I’ve had the joy of raising my three children here as well. My own feeding journeys with my kids came with their fair share of challenges, which sparked a deep passion for helping other mothers navigate the postpartum period with more ease and confidence. My top priority has always been — and continues to be — finding realistic, supportive solutions to feeding challenges that bring joy rather than stress.
I began my career as a Registered Nurse on the mother/baby unit in 2002 and have been a board-certified IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) for the past 14 years. More recently, I discovered the incredible benefits of Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) for newborns. I truly believe CFT is the “missing piece” that can help release tension from birth and support healthy oral function — creating a more comfortable and successful feeding experience.
When I began my CFT training, I assumed I’d work solely with babies — after all, that’s been my world for many years! But to my surprise, I’ve fallen in love with working on people of all ages: infants, toddlers, kids, and adults. I’m deeply passionate about helping individuals feel more at ease in their bodies, no matter where they are in life.
I can’t wait to support you and your family. Hope to see you in the office soon!
