This massage will help release chronic muscle tension, improve mobility, and relieve pain.

Whether you have an old chronic injury or are struggling with everyday stress, restricted movement can affect your quality of life. Our 90 min massage is designed to target and release the deep restrictions in your body, allowing for more flexibility in your body and ease in your daily movements. This amount of time allows for me as the therapist to tailor your session to your specific needs.

Therapeutic and Relaxing Massage with specific techniques for the moms to be after the first trimester of pregnancy. This service is also ideal for moms who are in postpartum who are struggling with muscular tension from nursing/ feeding, anxiety, and stress. A massage can be received as soon as you feel comfortable, usually within the first week or two. If you experienced complications during birth, such as preeclampsia, you should consult with your doctor before receiving a massage.

Late Arrivals:

If you anticipate being late, please text me as soon as possible. To ensure fairness to clients with appointments following yours, your session may be shortened. Allow our time together was shortened you will be charged the full amount of your session.

Cancellation Policy/No Show:

In a desire to be fair to all clients, 24-hour advance notice via text or phone is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Clients that provide less than 24 hours notice or who do not show up for their session will be fully charged.

It is understandable that life happens and emergencies may occur in which reasonable accommodations and considerations will be made.
